Week 4 to Week 7 News

Week 4 was on November 14. In the first game we had Novotel Spitfires vs Aware. Aware totally dominated this game, scoring 4 goals in the first period, one from Devin Michael, one from Matt Johnson and two from Brandon Vick. The Spitfires did score one in the first period, which was by Mike Freeson. Aware scored 2 more goals in the second period, one from Corry Day and a second by Devin Michael. The Spitfires did score two goals in the third period, one from Marcel Bouwens and one from Brad Wilson, but Aware scored one final goal in the third, which was the one to give Vick his hat trick, earning himself the Rolling Stone Pizza Player of the Game.

In our second game we had Hertz vs PEAK Biolabs. Things were pretty even at the end of the first period with Hertz scoring two goals, both from Darius Konotopetz and PEAK scoring one, which was by Jesse Starosta. The second period had Hertz scoring two goals, one by Mike Wilson and one Mangkorn Suwkiboon, and one by PEAK which was by John Schachnovsky. The third period saw PEAK score two more goals, one by Punn Phasukkjwatana and a second by Freeson, but Hertz score 3 more goals, all by Phu Suwachirat, earning himself the Rolling Stone Pizza Player of the Game.

Our next night of games was on November 17, 2019. In our first game of the night we had Aware vs Hertz. In the first period, Aware scored goal, by Corry Day, to Hertz’s three goals, which were by Mangkorn Sukwiboon, Arnold Vattanapanyakul and Darius Konotopetz. In the second period, Aware tried to tie things up scoring two goals, by Brandon Vick and a second by Day, to Hertz’s one goal, which was by Jaren Folden. The third period had Hertz finish Aware off with an empty net goal by Sukwiboon. The Rolling Stone Pizza Player of the Game went to Lance Parker for stopping 17 of 20 shots.

In our second game of the night we PEAK Biolabs going head to head with the Novotel Spitfires. PEAK scored two goals, by Michael White and Ken Kindborn, and the Spitfires scored two goals, by Winnie Luckanatinakorn and Mangkorn Sukwiboon. Michael White scored the game winning goal in the third period earning himself the Rolling Stone Pizza Player of the game.

The next game night was November 21, 2019. In our first game we had Novotel Spitfires facing off against Hertz. Novotel scored two goals in the first period, one by Bill Bredesen and one by Mike Freeson. The second period had both teams scoring a goal a piece, Tan Limpinphet for Hertz and Freeson for the Spitfires. The third period had Phu Suwachirat score for Hertz, but the Spitfires held off Hertz for the win. The Rolling Stone Pizza Player of the Game went to Leo Liao for an amazing game between the pipes.

In our second game of the night we had PEAK Biolabs going head to head with Aware. PEAK owned Aware in this one scoring two goals in the first period, one by Hideki Nagyama and one by Patrick Forstner, one goal in the second period by Stephen Sproule and three goals in the third period, on by Ryan Yaden, one by Eddie McConnel and one by Jesse Starosta. Aware did score two goals in the second period, one by Justin St-Denis and one by Corry Day. The Rolling Stone Pizza Player of the Game went to Hideki Nagayama for his goal and two assists.

Our latest game night was on November 24th. Our first game was Hertz vs PEAK Biolabs. This was a close game. Hertz scored two goals in the first period, one by Major Ingkharratphithakon and Jordan Ashton, and PEAK had one by Mel Dhiranusornkkit. Both teams scored a goal in the second period, Win Kruhakeaw for Hertz and Christian Olofsson for PEAK. Both teams scored two goals in the third, Darious Konotopetz and Mike Wilson for Hertz and Harrison Oztemel and Eddie McConnel for PEAK. The rolling Stone Pizza Player of the Game went to Win Kruhakeaw for his outstanding offensive play all night long.

In our second game of the night we had Aware vs the Novotel Spitfires. Novotel thrashed Aware in this one 6-1. Aware’s one goal came from Jari Eerikainen in the second period. The Spitfires had 3 goals in the first period, one from Jason Bitter, one from Mike Freeson and one from Peam Jaradstwuttipreeda. A second goal for Freeson in the second period and two goals in the third for the Spitfires, one by Mangkorn Sukwiboon and one by Pierre Karlsson. The Rolling Stone Pizza Player of the Game went to Mike Freeson for his two goals on the night.
